Cocktail (and Mocktail) Recipes for This Summer

Summer has officially begun. You know what that means: the sun lingering a little longer and stronger than normal, gatherings with loved ones under it, new experiences — which include new tastes in food and drinks. So whether it’s for yourself, or for hosting in the heat, we’re sharing some of our favorite summer cocktails (and of course, mocktails for those who want non-alcoholic options)!

The Yuzu Cocktail

We love this delicious citrus fruit that originates from East Asia (if you’re a fan, check out our Yuzu hand soap by Tangent GC). This recipe is for those who love the fragrant and tart notes of yuzu, and want to enjoy it in the form of a simple cocktail.

The Pomelo Mojito

Native to South and Southeast Asia, the Pomelo is another fruit we love (think: grapefruit, but larger, and pale green or yellow instead of a pinkish color). Mix that with a traditionally refreshing mojito, and you’ve found the perfect drink to quench your thirst.

The Lemon Lychee Martini

Lemon and lychee… how does that sound? If you ask us, amazing. If you love an iced cold lemonade in the summer, how about adding in a little twist? We can already see it being served from our Glass Bottlit Carafe

The Mango Mule

Want to go for the iconic Moscow Mule sans the alcohol? Consisting of the oh-so-refreshing cucumber, fresh lime juice, mango puree, and more, this mocktail is both sweet and refreshing.

The Salted Watermelon Juice

For most of us, summer = watermelon. Why not get creative with the extra watermelon you have in your fridge this season by easily transforming it into a drink that’ll make you go “ahh” with every sip? All you need is: watermelon, salt, and lime (psst we think this will taste even better in our W Glass).
