Made with milk cultivar (or Jinxuan 金萱), this tea is creamy, vegetal and light bodied. We like it for the start of the day or an elegant early afternoon tea break with a butter shortbread.
Use the sachet for mug brewing, like you would any tea bag. Also try cold brewing them in any 16-20 oz bottled water. Re-steep to taste.
